The challenge
Broadview Technical Solutions is a technical services and engineering company competing for contracts where a professional digital presence is increasingly a prerequisite for being taken seriously. They needed a website that communicated engineering credibility, capability breadth, and a track record of delivery, without the corporate blandness that afflicts most of their competitors.

Contract Buyer Research
Researched how procurement teams and technical leads evaluate engineering contractors online. Identified credibility, capability evidence, and responsiveness as the three decisive factors.
Content & Capability Mapping
Worked with the Broadview team to document and structure their full service offering, project history, and technical accreditations into a coherent content strategy.
Design Direction
Created a design language that communicates engineering precision, clean grids, technical detail, minimal ornamentation, while remaining accessible to non-technical procurement stakeholders.
RFQ Conversion Optimisation
Designed the enquiry and RFQ submission flow to minimise friction for a time-pressed procurement audience, reducing form abandonment and increasing RFQ submissions by 280%.
