Identified and mapped three core audiences, families seeking care, potential care staff, and NHS referral coordinators, each with distinct needs and entry points on the site.
Trust Signal Architecture
Structured the content hierarchy around the signals each audience uses to evaluate a care provider: CQC registration, staff qualifications, testimonials, and service area coverage.
Accessible Design
Designed to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, essential for healthcare audiences that skew older or may have accessibility needs. Contrast ratios, font sizing, and navigation all validated.
Enquiry Flow Optimisation
Built a frictionless enquiry path for families in distress: minimal form fields, a prominent phone number and a callback option.
