The challenge
Alpha Staffing is a US-based staffing and recruitment agency that needed a website capable of serving two competing audiences simultaneously: employers looking to fill roles and job seekers looking for placement. Their old site prioritised neither.

Mapped the full journey for both employers and candidates, from initial awareness through to conversion, identifying where the existing site was losing both audiences.

Restructured the site with two clear entry points from the homepage, keeping each persona's path clean without creating a fragmented experience.
Conversion-Led Design
Designed employer and candidate landing pages with distinct visual languages and calls to action, each optimised for the specific decision the user needs to make.
SEO & Candidate Acquisition
Built out location-specific job category pages targeting high-intent search terms. Candidate sign-ups increased 310% in the first quarter post-launch.
